Our steaks are approximately 1 inch thick with the exception of minute steaks. Steak cuts listed in our inventory are: Tenderloin steak, new york strip steak, rib steak (many are bone-in), sirloin steak, minute steak. Strip loin steaks are marbled with a cap of fat on one side. Our rib steaks are well marbled throughout the whole steak.
